Introducing Stetson Law Offices, P.C. Stetson Law Offices, P.C. is a minority-owned professional corporation, whose attorneys, both young and old, Indian and non-Indian, are constantly working to bury the gaps and improve communications between the worlds and cultures to help lead more responsively, more creatively, more effectively every day. Our goal is to help tribal leaders. Formed in 1997 by Catherine Baker Stetson, the former managing partner of Gover, Stetson & Williams, P.C., we provide general legal services to tribes and tribal entities in many states, representing them in administrative, legislative, and judicial proceedings and in tribal, state, and federal forums. Areas in which we have the greatest interest and experience include lobbying and consultation on federal legislation, tribal commercial development and taxation, tribal environmental regulation, Indian gaming, and Indian housing. The majority of us have devoted our professional careers to serving tribal clients throughout the United States.
Our New Mexico office is in a conveniently-located adobe complex on Rio Grande Boulevard, close to the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and Albuquerque's Old Town. Our attractive, art-filled conference facilities are available for meetings by appointment.
